Our agency commission is earned and due after successful mediation - and notarial authentication of the property. The commission is paid to us by the prospective buyer. General Terms and Conditions of KI - Kreth Immobilien. Private real estate.
1. Our brokering activity is based on the information provided by the client. A liability for the correctness and completeness of the information can not be assumed by the company KI - Kreth Immobilien. Only the owner alone can be held liable for this information. KI - Kreth Immobilien can not be held responsible for this information in any form.
2. The closed brokerage contract entitles us to advertise the object publicly. Only then can a potential buyer be found for the object.
3. The points stated in the contract were discussed orally in advance and declared to be accepted with a signed signature.
4. KI - Kreth real estate works both for the seller and the buyer party, only then can a successful real estate brokerage be satisfactorily granted to all parties.
5. If the company KI - Kreth Immobilien has found potential buyers for the property, then the owner party has to give us the possibility within 3 working days to visit the property with the possible buyers after appointment.
6. If the owner has current property documents (for example land register excerpt) for the property, he will provide them for our purchase negotiations. See form - Object documents. Apart from that, KI - Kreth Immobilien has the appropriate authority from the owner to obtain missing property documents from the responsible authorities.
7. The commission is paid to us after successful, notarial certification as stated in the contract by the owner. A restraint or set-off of our commission is completely excluded. The agreed sum of the commission of 6% plus 19% VAT is payable immediately after notarization and paid to us.
8. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction of KI - Kreth Immobilien is the registered office in Hamburg. Should one or more of the above provisions be invalid or have changed in the meantime by law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
9. The cancellation policy was added to the contract separately, verbally declared and fixed in writing.

Point 5 - AGB`s at an expose delivery - private persons.
Private real estate.
1. The cancellation policy
The cancellation policy was introduced in June 2014, so we are forced to keep it in writing with you. We would like to point out that at the same time as the expose delivery you will receive a written cancellation policy, either by e-mail, by post or by personal delivery.
